Hi, I'm Stacey.

I'm a Midlife Endurance™ Coach who helps women navigate one of the most significant physiological and
identify shifts of their lives - without losing their strength or ambition.

I don't rush. I don't catastrophize. And I don't push women past their limits.

I listen. I teach. And I help women come back into partnership with their bodies - so they can train smarter, recover better, and stay connected to the athlete they are for the long game.

I bring together 25 years as a pelvic health physical therapist, a lifetime as an endurance athlete, and extensive training in integrative health coaching. My work blends science, lived experience, and deep respect for women's bodies - especially during perimenopause and midlife, when everything seems to change at once.
